Miss Ukraine Universe 2021 pageant was held at the Fairmont Grand Hotel Kyiv in Kyiv, Ukraine on October 15, 2021.
At the end of the event, Anna Filimonova crowned 27-year-old Anna Neplyakh from Dnipro as Miss Ukraine Universe 2021.
The competition featured Julia Buriak and Andrii Shabanov as hosts. Iryna Bilyk, Tayanna, Oleynik & Stoboi, Tancevanskiy, Andrii Nevina, Natalia Gordienko (Moldova), Lilu45, Samantha, Angel voices, Dasha Suvorova, the dance duo of Dmytro Dikusar and Iryna Zhuravska performed in this year's pageant.

- Zhan Beleniuk, athlete, Greco-Roman wrestler, Olympic champion of Tokyo 2020.
- Darya Bilodid, athlete, judoka, bronze medalist of the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo.
- Anastasia Shukhnina, fashion director of the Domino company.
- Yaroslav Samoilov, psychologist, and founder of the Online Institute of Practical Psychology.
- Olga Kompaniiets, Champion of Ukraine according to the UBPF version and two-time World Champion of the WBPF in the category of fitness bikini, beauty, and aesthetic surgery expert.
- Yurii Suhak, general producer of the Ukraine 24 TV channel.
- Giovanni Moro, owner of the watch and accessories brand Unimatic (Italy).
