Due to the full-scale war in Ukraine, the Organizing Committee of Miss Universe Ukraine refused the traditional festive show this year. After consulting with the Miss Universe Organization, it was decided to transfer the Miss Universe Ukraine title to Miss Ukraine Universe 2021 1 Runner-up Viktoria Apanasenko.
Viktoria Apanasenko is a representative of Ukraine at the Miss Universe 2022 contest.
Viktoria Apanasenko has proven herself well this year: she actively fights for the victory of Ukraine on the information front and carries out volunteer activities. Victoria helps the Naive institution prepare food for the Armed Forces of Ukraine battalions and the elderly. Together with a friend, she provides targeted assistance with food products, medicines, and hygiene products for children, the elderly, and internally displaced persons.
